Spring & Fall Campouts
At the beginning and end of the school year we have a camp out weekend at one of the local park district sites. In the past we have camped at Blackwell Forest Preserve, Greene Valley, Waterfall Glen, and others. These tend to be scheduled in late September and late May from a Friday to Sunday. They are family events with siblings and parents.

Pinewood Derby
In January we have our annual Pinewood Derby on a Saturday morning. This is always a hit with the scouts and many of the Dads submit their own cars for the open or anything goes races.
Webelos Overnight Trips
Webelos Overnight Trips
We take our older scouts (4th/5th graders) on one overnight trip, typically Nov/Dec, and stay overnight in Eagle Cave in Wisconsin or inside the USS Cobia submarine at the Wisconsin Maritime Museum.
Raingutter Regatta
Raingutter Regatta
We have held a raingutter regatta every other year, in which the boys decorate a boat and race them in raingutters.
